Ellie is a writer, educator, social practice artist and photographer. She has worked at many US and Latin American academic institutions where she has taught critical thinking skills, writing, visual analysis and art appreciation as well as high-performance communication in English and Italian. As a visiting artist for the Dallas Museum of Art, Sunset Studios and other art residencies, she created and contributed to programs hosted in art museums for to develop empathy, observation and creative problem-solving skills, while focusing on contemporary topics of high relevance.

As an experienced educator, Ellie provides programs in L&D for corporate training and leadership development. She leads workshops to strengthen creative thinking for professionals in a wide array of fields, ranging from digital transformation to CSR. She has harnessed her experience in techniques such as slow looking and visual thinking strategies to create a variety of training projects: from attention and perception for medical professionals to empathy for engineers.
